At TeenFav, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund process as per the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product does not match the description on our website.
  • The item is missing essential parts or accessories.
  • The refund request is raised within 2 days of delivery.

Note: Certain products, such as innerwear, accessories, and customized items, are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene and personalization reasons.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at support@teenfav.com with your order number, issue details, and product images (if applicable).
  2. Our team will verify the request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label or pickup instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Refund Methods

Refunds will be credited via:

  • Original Payment Method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.)
  • Store Credit/Gift Voucher (if preferred by the customer)

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund request will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.
  • The return request is raised after 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is not in its original packaging or is missing tags and labels.
  • The damage was caused due to mishandling, improper use, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
